Task:

• The party is sent via carriage to the Cilian Forest of Northern Theos. This forest is said to have a deep connection with a sect of Savras' zealots that also have deep ties to nature. One of these individuals is Shirlos Agretsa, a now-retired steward of Savras that grew up in its woods and still frequents it.
• The carriage driver is a man named "Ol' Skago", who's been a royal transporter for an unknown amount of years—as even Shirlos remembers him from his youth.
• The Cilian Forest has a foggy, eerie, ancient atmosphere. The trees that call it home are monolithic birch trees with branches reaching like tendrils across its overcast sky. Perhaps its the eye-like patterns dotting the bark around you, but you feel like something in this forest is more alive than the ones you're used to...
• The gem that Mirrisso found lying in the forest was not actually a gem—but an angular black rock with white crack-like lines running mostly along its edges. It lies in a small clearing of the forest with stunningly green grass and a small pool of crystal clear water. Its endlessly deep black contrasted with its shimmering white accents lulled you towards it hypnotically, but not strong enough to make you succumb to its beauty. You pick it up and put it in your pocket and its white cracks dim and the greenery around you desaturates to match the rest of the forest.
• Fisher Wizard spots an encampment far off in the middle of the forest where there is a tent, the remnants of a campfire, and notable foot-traffic surrounding the two. Inside of the tent all that's found is a water pouch, a bent bookmark, and a tiny net with some bits of meat strewn around it. The most important thing though, is that the area around the encampment is even more dead quiet than the forest already is; a silence so deafening that you've begun to hear your blood flow and your heart beat.
• Armed with the knowledge of this hidden encampment and its contents, Shirlos anxiously says that it's best to turn back and report what was found to the capital. Just as you all begin to leave, suddenly a curved blade appears in Shirlos' side, and a figure dressed in black and red robes is who's wielding it.

• As the second cultist gets low on health, he says: "OUR DEATHS WILL MEAN NOTHING! THE GREAT MISSION IS LARGER THAN ANY OF US, LARGER THAN ANY SO-CALLED GOD! IN TIME YOUR FEEBLE MINDS WILL WITNESS THE GREATNESS OUR PROGENITOR ENVISIONS—BE IT IN LIFE, OR IN DEATH!"
• The cultist hits a tree and it transforms into a Treant.
