  • Joblin explains that last night the Gwibblegwobbles' house had a sinkhole appear in their kitchen. Beneath the surface revealed a dusty stone-brick rotunda with branching corridors stretching into darkness.
  • Mr. Gwibblegwobble says that the party is free to keep anything that they find in its caverns—he just wants to make sure that it's safe for his family.
